During its Annual General Meeting AGM, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) introduced a new wholly owned subsidiary , Reliance Intelligence , dedicated to driving innovation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and deep technologies .
In his address, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance, outlined four key objectives for the newly formed company:

Reliance Intelligence plans to set up gigawatt scale, AI ready data centers across India. Work is already underway on building the first mega data center in Jamnagar. These centers will be powered by green energy and designed to handle both AI training and inference at scale .
