How many days a week should I do Orangetheory?

I try to make it to OTF 3-4 times a week.

I like to do 2 days in a row, 1 day off, and then 2 in a row again.

I seem to get the most out of my workouts that way but as others have said, everyone is different.

You have to mess around with your class schedule a bit and see what really works for you..

Is Orangetheory twice a week enough?

Two workouts a week is perfect in the beginning, but I would encourage members to consider adding one day per week for every month you’re a member (if it’s your second month, bump it to three workouts a week, and then in your third month, bump it up to four workouts a week). Just a personal suggestion.
