Benioff’s company Salesforce has laysoff 4,000 employees due to Artificial intelligence (AI). America is now relying more on artificial intelligence (AI) instead of humans to assist customers.
‘Benioff‘, the CEO of Salesforce, said in a podcast that earlier around 9,000 employees used to work for them. Now they don’t need that many employees anymore, so they have reduced the number of workers to 5,000.

Benioff said just 2 months ago in July that artificial intelligence (AI) will do the work of humans, but rather, it will make human work easier. “People will not be lost,” he said loudly.
Now Benioff himself has announced that he has laid off 4,000 employees from customer support centers because their work is now being handled by artificial intelligence (AI).
Marc Benioff says the problems that used to exist are gone now. It’s handling calls and messages from customers and clients.
